Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyNiBrary operates as a digital marketplace for peer-to-peer academic materials. Due to the immediate, reproducible nature of digital goods (PDFs, documents), we enforce a strict refund policy to protect our creators.
1. Digital Goods & Finality of Sale
As all assets on MyNiBrary are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," purchasing the wrong document by mistake, or dissatisfaction with the subjective quality of the notes, provided the notes match their listed description.
2. Eligible Grounds for Refund
Refunds will strictly only be processed under the following technical or fraudulent circumstances within 48 hours of purchase:
- Corrupted File: The downloaded PDF is technically unreadable, blank, or corrupted.
- Non-Delivery: Payment was deducted from your account, but the asset was not added to your library due to a server error.
- Fraudulent Misrepresentation: The content of the document is entirely unrelated to the title and description provided by the seller (e.g., buying a "Physics Guide" and receiving a blank document or an unrelated novel).
3. Cancellation Policy
For standard note purchases, cancellation is not possible post-payment as access is granted instantaneously. For Bounty Contributions, you may cancel your pledge and receive a full refund to your original payment method only if the Bounty has not yet been "Accepted" and fulfilled by a creator.
4. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your banking institution's clearing cycle.
